No way! Zach Braff is looking jacked! The 40-year old Scrubs star was looking half his age in a shocking new photo shared on Instagram that revealed his hot new body. Zach shared the picture of his washboard abs and had his fans feeling faint and calling for a doctor!

Zach stunned everyone with an Instagram post on April 22 that showed him looking RIPPED! While he’s always been a cutie, Zach has definitely been focused on getting himself into tip-top shape. The actor is clearly proud of his progress, and he should be — because he looks great!
Though, Zach never struck us as being a fitness-geek, so how did the Garden State star shed the pudge to get so shredded? Turns out, he decided to trade in the Coronas for crunches.
“Less Booze, More Gym,” Zach captioned the photo. Nice!
So that’s the secret — put down the six pack of beer to get a six-pack of abs! We have to say, whatever else the Wish I Was Here actor is doing, it’s totally working!

We have to really congratulate Zach because losing weight takes a lot of dedication. Not only did Zach get himself to the gym, he had to make sure not to have that extra beer with dinner. Choosing water over wine, or passing on that second drink when reuniting with your former Scrubs co-stars after five years, is just as hard as lifting weights or going for a five-mile run.
Good on you, Zach! You’re looking great!
